1-沙龍使用-洗髮後取適量塗抹(受損髮絲可加強使用)，約 2-3 分後再以蒸氣蒸 15-20分鐘即可沖洗 

2-在家 DIY 使用- 洗髮後將本品抹於髮上，可使用熱毛巾/保鮮膜或是使用護髮帽進行護髮程序，10 分鐘後再以清水洗淨即可 

3-嚴重乾黃毛燥髮(免沖洗) - 整髮前可塗抹少許使用 (內為濃縮精華取適量即可)。
